Every Monday at 11am is meditation time!
Start the week off with a nice chill.
Each week we will do some form of meditation and I'll mix it up so you learn some new techniques, and go on some new journeys.
Bring a pillow or yoga mat, and a blanket if you feel you might get cold. Chairs are available for those that need it.
