Cancellation Policy

As I endeavour to run on time (a therapist on time? I know, right?) I run on an appointment only basis. Like many health professionals, have a cancellation policy.

Being an in-demand therapist, I have a waitlist. No shows and last-minute cancellations not only waste my time but prevent others from accessing therapy when it is needed.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 48 hrs notice. If you cancel within this timeframe or fail to show for an appointment you will be charged the full fee, or have the session count as one of your packages sessions.

*Fee may be waived under exceptional circumstances (i.e. in the case of emergency or sudden unexpected illness)

All deposits for workshops or classes are non-refundable. In some circumstances, deposits may be transferred to future classes if more than 2 weeks notice is given.
