REIKI WORKSHOP - Level One

Heal yourself and others to reduce stress, manage pain, improve energy levels, and boost your natural healing abilities. Reiki can also be a great meditation practice.

The cost is $250 per person. However, if you bring a friend, you each can come for $230, as it's always more fun to learn with a friend or partner! 

Reiki is suitable for all ages, young or old, and no previous experience is necessary.

This one day Course teaches you how to confidently treat yourself and others with Reiki, using traditional Usui and Tanran Reiki techniques. You will also learn Reiki's history from Mikao Usui onward and enjoy lots of hands-on practice both giving and receiving Reiki.

This one day Course includes:

* Attunement to Level 1 Reiki

* Fun and Hands-on Training

* An extensive Manual

* A Level 1 Reiki Certificate

* Access to a large online training resource centre as a refresher

* Connection to a community of likeminded individuals

* Ongoing Support from a Reiki master who has trained and helped more people come to understand Reiki than anyone else in Newcastle

*Empath energy protection from drainage or contamination of others energy

Completion of Reiki 1 also gives you the option to attend a Reiki Level 2 Class.

What else can you expect? Feeling the energy, energy flowing between your hands, flowing through your hands into your own body, and others. Feel or watch the stress and tension dissolving – this is what most people feel. (the effects happen, whether you feel the energy or not.)
