In this class, I will be teaching you a whole range of meditation techniques that I use and some mindfulness processes to use any day, any time.
Not every style of meditation works well for every person, so with this workshop you will leave with a broad range of meditation techniques to try out and find what ones work best with your mind and body.
This will also include some meditation practices to do with energy and building your Chi up and moving it around the body.
I have years of personal meditation experience and have taught meditation to hundreds of people, and even presented on meditation at the NSW Police Academy, and individual Police stations.
This workshop is accessible for beginners or advanced meditators.
I will also be available for ongoing support if needed. There is also an online resource video library of all the practices involved.
