Gather in community this month and experience a sacred opportunity to harness the powerful energies of Reiki and sound healing. Together we create positive waves in our personal reality and our collective reality too.

 Our chakras are the 7 main points our bodies receive and process energy, to help us live a healthy happy life. The past few years have had a lot of communal negative and stagnant energy, so we could all do with a cleanse, boost, and balance. During this meditation, Lance will be holding the space in reiki energy and doing a distance group energy healing specifically for each chakra as he guides you all through a meditation to learn about and activate each of your chakras. To make this even more potent and special Lisa will be creating a sound healing to match this journey using the specific frequencies that can help open up and create healing in each of these chakras.

 Having clean and open chakras connects us to universal energy and reminds us we're all part of the Universe, and each one of us has an important role to play. It's a reminder that what we do, think, feel, can have a ripple effect that radiates out into the collective. During this event facilitated by Lance Baker and Lisa Marie, we’ll tap into the energy of the universe and the land we are on to manifest, align, deepen our relationships to others and our own soul, and to remember that all things are possible!

 The event will commence with an intention setting, followed by guided vocal toning you can practice later to cleanse each chakra. Then we will move into the main event of the combined sound bath and meditation. During the sound bath, all you need to do is lay down and receive the healing gifts of sounds Lisa creates and the healing energy from Lance. The combination of all of this will transport your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and healing.

 We’ll close the evening with an offering of herbal teas to nurture your senses. This is a good opportunity to connect with others. We encourage you to stick around and get to know each other to strengthen our community.
