Join us for a blissful south bath, hosted by Leanda Fraser, Blended with Lance's energy healing.

Formerly a professional music programmer and producer, Leanda made the transition from radio and inflight entertainment to the world of energy healing, meditation, counselling, astrology and tarot, as a way of navigating her own journey towards better health. With a long-standing passion for sound, voice and frequency, Leanda implemented crystal and Tibetan bowls into her personal and professional practice.

There are many roads to relaxation. One technique that certainly stood the test of time is sound healing. A sound bath will lead you through a transformative journey towards total relaxation. Sound frequency has the capacity to reach every cell in your body. It can help to release blockages, reduce anxiety, settle your mind and open your heart as you gently drift into a blissful state.

Leanda will commence with an invitation to draw an oracle card for clarity and guidance. From there, all you need to do is lay yourself down and leave the outside world behind. As an option, you may wish to bring a cushion and a light rug to place over your body for extra comfort.
