In this class, I will be teaching you some mindfulness techniques to use any day any time. I will also explain a few different meditation practices for you to try here on the day and at home forever more :) Not every style of meditation works well for every person, so with this class you will leave with a broad range of meditation techniques to try out and find what one works best with your mind and body.
This will also include some meditation practices to do with energy and building your Chi up and moving it around the body.
I will also be available for ongoing support if needed.
