Hi everyone this fortnight the Friday night chill out meditation will be focused on healing your body and mind. This meditation will be amplified with reiki healing energy to make the process even smoother.


Please come along and chill out and release yourself from the weeks stress to start your weekend off golden free and happy :)

Each person will receive a reiki infused healing crystal to meditate at home with afterward.
