Monday the 13th of March, the full moon will be rising above the beach, and as usual Sherynne and myself will be there to help you harness that energy. I will guide the group though a meditation about the energies of this moon cycle, balance and caution. This will be followed by the soothing energetic sounds of Sherynne's crystal bowl sound healing. All the while throughout the meditation and the bowls I will be holding the group and the sacred circle in healing Reiki energy so you can absorb the healing benefits of the sounds of the bowls and the moons energy much more effectively.

March's full moon is in Virgo and brings conflicting energies, throughout this cycle balance and meditation will be required to maintain the month in peaceful harmony. Widening gaps between opposing events/views in your life can occur and I will be bringing a balancing energy for this in, but a calm and reflective state will be required over the coming weeks to maintain that, so stress will only occur.

I will also have other meditations on spaced throughout the month that you are welcome to join to gain even more support with this lunar cycle.
