Energy Healing Classes

Heal yourself and others to reduce stress, manage pain, improve energy levels, and boost your natural healing abilities. Suitable for all ages, young or old, and no previous experience is necessary.

These courses teach you how to confidently heal yourself and others with Energy, using traditional Usui and Tanran Reiki techniques, with many other energy healing techniques. 

What else can you expect? Feeling energy, energy flowing between your hands, flowing through your hands into your own body and into others. Feel or watch the stress and tension dissolving – this is what most people feel. (the effects happen, whether you feel the energy or not.)
 

Reiki Level 1 Workshop
Check out the events page to find out when and where the next one is on. I generally run this at least once a month. Private classes are available upon request for 2 or more people.

Reiki Level 2 Workshop
Check out the events page to find out when and where the next one is on. I generally run this every few months. This class also comes with a massive online resource library that I can open up early access to pre-workshop. This is open to people who have studied Reiki One elsewhere, however, I do share a lot of extra things in Reiki one than other teachers so prefer you have done Reiki one with me also.

Chakra Workshop
Learn all about the 7 Chakras, what they do and ways to enhance and balance them. We will also go over a lot of healing and self-healing techniques with this. This workshop comes with a tool kit and workbook to take home and use. This workshop is only run on rare occasions when enough people are asking, shoot me an email if you want to see this class happen again.

Energetic Healing Techniques Workshop
Take Reiki or pranic healing to the next level by learning some extra techniques. Including techniques involving meridians, chakra balancing, aura healing, and more. This workshop is only run on rare occasions when enough people are asking, shoot me an email if you want to see this class happen again.

One on One Reiki Master Training
Reiki mastership tailored to you and how it will best serve you. I guide you through personal uses of these skills, how to do attunements, and run Reiki workshops.
