I am pleased to present a unique meditation combining the sonic soundscapes created by Naomi and her cello and energy healing from Lance.

Naoni will guide the group in a breathing exercise and a few long Om's then Lance will guide the group into a relaxed state and let you take your own journey within your mind as Naomi's music paints the scene weaving you to a new place within your soul. While Naomi plays Lance will hold the group in healing energy and come around to also give some individual healings. 

This meditation will be centred around opening and connecting the Throat chakra with the rest of the body. This chakra is all about communication, your true purpose and expression of your creativity. It has a natural connection to your sacral chakra, which was the focus of our last meditation.

The reverberation and frequency of this live sound is fully immersive and spectacular. Naomi even tunes her cello to 432Hz, so the energy coming out of this thing is mind-blowing, and added to that will be Lance's energy healing.
