Come and join us for an evening of deep relaxation via a blissful session of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation practice which unlocks the body's natural potential to heal. Yoga Nidra combines the benefits of relaxation, meditation and intention via a series of structured breath and awareness exercises, along with gentle body movements.
The beauty is, you will spend the session laying down in a comfortable position. Your body will be immersed in the cool, gentle vibration of the spoken word. Brainwaves shift. The over-active mind is disengaged and you will effortlessly enter that space between waking and sleeping.
All you need to do is turn up in comfortable clothes!
This session will be facilitated by Leanda Fraser, a qualified Yoga Nidra Practitioner.
