Experience the blending of Reiki and Yin yoga with Lance and Stu. This trio of events, each three weeks apart are focused on cleaning your life.

Timed for the start of spring this will help you set some intentions and balance your mind, body, and spirit some more. A lot of people have had a hard few months with the lunar eclipse and Lionsgate changes, this will help ease that off. 

This will be done with the gentle Yin yoga approach guided by Stu, amplified by Reiki from Lance during this to help release the old unwanted energy, and replenish it with fresh universal energy.

You can come to one or all the events, They will be linked together so that you can get the most out of it, So I would recommend all three.

We are also this time having an option of a real holistic approach where you can:
- come to all three workshops
- have a one on one conscious clearing with counseling, coaching, access bars or hypnotherapy with Lance
- have a one on one personal Reiki session with Stu
- a guided clearing and manifestation meditation MP3 track by Lance to listen to as much or as little as you like over the 9 weeks (or any time in the future from then)
