I am pleased to present a unique meditation combining the sonic soundscapes created by Naomi and her cello and energy healing from myself.

I will guide the group into a relaxed state and let you take your own journey within your mind as Naomi's music paints the scene weaving you to a new place within your soul. While she plays I will hold the group in healing energy and come around to also give some individual healings.

This meditation will be centred around opening and connecting the Solar Plexus chakra with the rest of the body. this charkra is all about the self, how you treat yourself, how you talk to yourself and your self esteem.

The reverberation and frequency of this live sound is fully immersive and spectacular. Naomi even tuned her cello to 432Hz, to the energy coming out of this thing is mind blowing, and added to that will be my energy healing.
